As part of our expansion in Vietnam, we are seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team, delivering exceptional design and brand experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Guide the creative vision for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives
- Oversee and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and project management teams
- Pitch creative ideas to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact
- Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative approach fresh and innovative
- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven track record of successful campaigns and creative projects
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visual and strategic solutions
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (French is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
