As part of our expansion in Vietnam, we are seeking a Senior Art Director (DA/UX) to drive innovative design solutions and user experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and UX/UI strategies for digital projects
- Lead the design process from ideation to final execution
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and development teams
- Ensure all designs are aligned with client brand guidelines and project goals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital interfaces
- Present creative ideas and design solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior designers and UX specialists
- Stay current with design and UX trends, tools, and best practices
- 5+ years of experience in art direction and UX design, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design and creative direction
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (French is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
