As part of our growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support our financial operations across the group’s companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and manage client invoicing
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Handle payment follow-ups and reminders
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of French and Swiss accounting practices
- Experience with accounting software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Flexible working hours (part-time)
